Built by athletes and coaches
Medalyst was founded by Tomi Horovitz, a former floorball national team athlete. Everyone on our team has competed at the top level, and several of us still coach every week. We know how a club runs on a Tuesday evening, because we’ve been there.

Yes. The mobile app’s basic plan is free for as long as you like, and all you need to start is an email address. You pay only if you want the premium app features or the full Medalyst platform in your web browser.
A few minutes. Download the app, add your team name and sport, confirm your email, and your team is ready. Athletes and parents join through an invitation from Medalyst or your team’s unique code.
Each athlete or parent fills in their own details when they join. You choose which details you need, for example a parent’s phone number or kit size, and the app reminds people about anything still missing.
Yes, they use Medalyst free of charge too. They download the app, accept the invitation and they’re ready.
It’s as simple as sending a message on WhatsApp. For athletes and parents it’s even simpler, because everything about the team is in one place.
You create the fees in Medalyst, for the whole team or for individual players. Athletes or parents pay by card through Stripe.
Medalyst tracks the payments and shows who has paid and what is still due. The premium version also sends automatic reminders before fees fall due.
Yes. You decide who sees what: athletes, parents and fellow coaches each get their own permissions.
The data is stored on European servers, in line with the GDPR.
