What does athlete management software do for a sports club?
It keeps every athlete’s information in one place and keeps it current. In Medalyst, athletes and parents fill in their own details when they join, and the club sees each athlete’s team, guardians, medical pass expiry, fees, equipment, attendance and coach reports in a single profile.
Coaches see their own teams, parents see their own child, and the administrator decides who sees what. The spreadsheet versions, paper forms and message threads give way to one record the whole club can rely on.

General info
Contact details, birthday, team, coaches, medical pass expiry and any fields your club adds, such as kit size.
Guardians
Parents and guardians linked to the athlete. They see their own child’s details, fees and calendar in the mobile app.

Every membership fee with its deadline and status. Parents pay by card through Stripe and receive automatic reminders.

The equipment issued to the athlete, receipt confirmed in the app, and what is due for return.

How clubs get started
- Send us your member list. Share your Excel or CSV list and our team sets your club up, usually within a couple of hours.
- Invite athletes and parents. They join through an invitation from Medalyst or the team’s unique code.
- Choose the details you need. Athletes and parents fill them in themselves, and Medalyst reminds them about anything still missing.
- Work from one record. Coaches see their own teams, parents see their own child, and the administrator sees the whole club.
