How the inventory works
- Build a register of club equipment. Record each item with its quantity and storage location, from training equipment to match kit and first-aid supplies.
- Issue equipment to teams or athletes. Assign items to a whole team or to individual athletes, directly from the register.
- Confirm receipt in the app. Athletes confirm receipt in the mobile app, so responsibility for each item is clearly recorded.
- Follow what is in use. Available, issued and due-for-return items appear in one view, by item, team and athlete.
- Keep the register accurate. Write off damaged, lost or worn items, and quantities update in the register.
