Membership fees that remind people for you
Administrators create the fees in Medalyst, either for the whole team or for individual players. Athletes or parents pay by card through Stripe. Medalyst tracks every payment, so the treasurer always knows who has paid and who still owes.
The system also sends automatic reminders about fees that are coming due. The treasurer sees the whole season in one place, with financial reports ready when the committee asks.

Pitchero has a free plan for single-team clubs, where payment processing is unavailable. Standard costs £38 a month for up to 20 teams and Pro £99 a month for unlimited teams, with lower prices on annual billing. In the UK, processing fees start from 2.42% + 17p on Standard and 1.67% + 15p on Pro, deducted from the amount collected.
